Available Positions

 

Machinist - 1st and 2nd Shift:

  • Sets up and operates various CNC machines and machining centers such as drills, lathes, mills, and vertical turret lathes.
  • Performs inspection of parts to assure they are made to print specification, adjust if necessary.
  • Loads/unloads and inspects piece parts from machine and fixture during production run and performs periodic inspections.
  • Required Education/Experience: Certificate from trade or technical school; or six month to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assembler/Tester:

  • Assemble valves and subassemblies per work instructions.
  • Test valves per work instructions.
  • Test accessories (motor actuators, cylinders, etc) as required by specification or special instructions.
  • Perform necessary paperwork (labor tickets, inspection sheets, etc).
  • Job Skills & Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 to 6 months of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of experience.

Shipping/Receiving Clerk:

  • Counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
  • Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons.
  • Assembles, packs and binds crates or containers with metal tape.
  • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
  • Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
  • Operates lift truck/hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.

Sales Engineer:

  • Support sales and sell manufactured products for manufacturer to water, wastewater, HVAC and industrial entities.
  • Provide technical assistance, prices and quotes projects.
  • Provide strong customer support.
  • Interpret project plans and specifications to develop and prepare cost estimates.
  • Interprets schematics and troubleshoot for customers and sales in offering solutions to issues.
  • Background to include Bachelor's degree with technical study from a four-year college or university.

Senior Buyer:

  • Analyzes the requirements of the commodity, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, and date commodity.
  • Solicits and evaluates proposals for the requested commodity.
  • Investigates potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements.
  • Select and approves vendor tooling and patterns.
  • Negotiates the lowest possible cost for the commodity balances against the optimum quality and schedule needs.
  • Implements purchase contracts that comply with company and government regulations.
  • Maintains timely control of orders, amendments, and shipping notices to assure accurate retention of records.
  • Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree; and 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Maintenance Mechanic:

  • Repair and maintain production, plant, and building equipment
  • Advise management of needs in areas of control.
  • Observe and evaluate equipment to determine the cause of equipment problems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks as assigned. 
  • Dismantle, clean, and repair or replace as required. 
  • Perform electrical installations on building or equipment.
  • Work with outside contractors as needed.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions for materials.
  • Background to include technical training beyond a High School diploma such as trade school or certification or associate degree with five years related experience and/or training; or technical certification or completion of apprentice program; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.

Parts Washer/General Laborer

  • Performs a variety of tasks in the paint department.
  • Loads & unloads parts from skids/crates into the parts washer.
  • Phosphate pressure washes parts that are to be fusion bonded.
  • Assists paint booth operations by cleaning, masking, and preparing parts for the painters.
  • Masks parts for blast operations.
  • Checks washed part to ensure all oil & debris have been effectively removed.
