Available Positions




Regional Sales Manager: Manages sales activities of organization and directly supervised a various number of manufacturing representatives. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist reps in promoting sales. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product. Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives. Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Must be able to travel 75% of the time by both air and auto calling on customers, engineers, contractors, end users and reps. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 5-10 years related experience and/or training in the waterworks industry, preferably valves.

Sales Engineer: Support Sales and sell manufactured products for manufacturer to water, wastewater, HVAC and industrial entities. Provide technical assistance, prices and quotes projects and interpret technical specifications and do take-offs of valve equipment. Provide strong customer support and exercise discretion and sound independent judgment on technical operation and field application problems and applications of products through assistance to manufacturers’ representatives, engineers, distributors, plant operators, customers, or other professional and technical personnel. Interpret project plans and specifications to develop and prepare cost estimates. Interprets schematics and troubleshoot for customers and sales in offering solutions to issues. Background to include Bachelor's degree with technical study from a four-year college or university.

Shipping/Receiving Clerk: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Determines method of shipment and affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons. Assembles, packs and binds crates or containers with metal tape. Attaches identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers. Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Routes items to departments. Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Operates tier lift truck or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.

Customer Support Representative: Prepping / processing of customer orders and pre-orders. Processing change/cancelled orders. Creating, updating, accessing and maintaining records for individual accounts along with updating list pricing and initial input of data for system costs. Provides customer support on technical operation, maintenance, field application problems, applications of products through the assistance to manufacturers’ representatives, engineers, distributors, plant operators, customers or other professional and technical personnel. Responds to customer order status, availability, expediting, date maintenance, small quotations, returned good authorization, certifications, small submittals and other standard correspondence. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or Associate’s degree (A. A.) with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assembler/Tester: Assembly and test company products. Reads job information and special customer requirements. Locates tools and fixtures for assembly or testing. Assemble valves and subassemblies per work instructions. Test valves per work instructions. Test accessories (motor actuators, cylinders, etc) as required by specification or special instructions. Perform necessary paper work (labor tickets, inspection sheets, etc). Clean work area. Background to include Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 to 6 months of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of experience, and physical demands.
