Available Positions



CNC Machinist: Set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and CNC machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. Interpret drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. Select, align, and secure fixtures, tools, and materials on machines. Calculate and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media. Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required. Verify conformance of finished piece to drawings and specifications. Confer with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems. Background to include certificate from trade or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sales Engineer: Support Sales and sell manufactured products for manufacturer to water, wastewater, HVAC and industrial entities. Provide technical assistance, prices and quotes projects and interpret technical specifications and do take-offs of valve equipment. Provide strong customer support and exercise discretion and sound independent judgment on technical operation and field application problems and applications of products through assistance to manufacturers’ representatives, engineers, distributors, plant operators, customers, or other professional and technical personnel. Interpret project plans and specifications to develop and prepare cost estimates. Interprets schematics and troubleshoot for customers and sales in offering solutions to issues. Background to include Bachelor's degree with technical study from a four-year college or university.

Maintenance Mechanic: Repair and maintain production, plant, and building equipment and ensure priorities and schedules are met or problems are addressed. Advise management of needs in areas of control. Observe and evaluate equipment to determine the cause of equipment problems. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks as assigned. Dismantle, clean, and repair or replace as required. Perform electrical installations on building or equipment. Work with outside contractors as needed. Initiate purchase requisitions for materials. Background to include technical training beyond a High School diploma such as trade school or certification or associate degree with five years related experience and/or training; or technical certification or completion of apprentice program; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
